Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Each product is handcrafted with care, so please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States only. Delivery times are estimated at 3-7 business days after your order is processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
No Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including both opened and unopened products. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken and or incorrect, please contact us at azarabeautyteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your full name, order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item/items. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer refunds in the form of store credit only. To request a refund, please email us at azarabeautyteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your full name, order ID and reason for dissatisfaction.
